BARTOLOMÉ ROOFTOP

Great place for Spanish cuisine. The Salmon salad was excellent and I enjoyed the seafood Arroz. It was a quiet night so enjoyed having a conversation with the Chef and learning more about the dishes.

I enjoy fine dining in many big cities like NYC and Miami and can surely rate this place 5 stars! Amazing flavors and impeccable service with our waiter Roberto! Perfect vibes on the rooftop, didn’t let the private dining experience scare us away.

Amazing Spanish restaurant with a unique beer, Estrella de Galicia! And this comes from a Spanish guy! The rooftop is perfect for a romantic dinner or a drink. Greetings!

The restaurant is on the rooftop of Casa Prim hotel. The rooftop is a bit lower than I anticipated. It’s on the third floor which is the highest floor of the building. The decor and ambiance of the restaurant are both really nice. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They seem to take COVID precautions pretty well. I was looking to a place to have lunch and work from a rooftop. The music wasn’t too loud. I seated in the outdoors area and it has a nice clear roof. It rained a bit while I was there but I didn’t get wet! They also have charger ports in the outdoors area so I was able to plug in my laptop. I will totally come back here again because the service and everything else were excellent. The food, on the other hand, was okay for me. I think my expectations were very high based on the photos I saw online. I got a vegetable starter. The broth wasn’t as flavorful as I’d hoped. The vegetables were blanched and partially grilled. That was a bit confusing to my tastebuds. I also got the squid ink rice with octopus and squid. I’ve actually never had squid ink rice but I’ve had my fair share of squid ink pasta. I thought this was a pretty ingenious idea! Though the rice was too salty which surprised me. The squid and octopus were really good. They were the best part of the dish. I wish the rice was less salty and more flavorful. Note to the chef, please add more flavors!!! I’ll return and try other dishes though!

This place was magic. Well decorated. The food... the food was fantastic and well priced! It's definitely a good place to eat!!

best croquettes I’ve had in my life - I think about them all the time jaja. Right now they have seasonal truffle ones in addition to the Iberico ham. We’ve been here 4 times since 2020 and each time the service, food, and cocktails have gotten better. You can tell a lot of effort is put into the creation of the recipes, and they have great ingredients such as house made pasta and several gourmet foods from Spain. Customer service is excellent. Nice outdoor open air space available and beautiful bar.

Super fun rooftop restaurant. David was an awesome chef! We were a bit rowdy and annoying and was asking for more food menus and David was patient and as able to procure more copies of the menu. The braised short rib was delectable. The octopus was tender and flavorful. The beets were a bit salty. I loved the anchovies. I apologize for the language barrier, David! I didn’t know you meant fish . The paella was awesome! Thank you SO much for a delicious evening. We looooooved the sangria! Thank you for such a lovely evening.
